If the law is a people business, then managing your people is paramount. Now in its fourth year, The Lawyer HR Awards are the only awards dedicated to Legal HR and people management. Our aim is to celebrate excellence in the effective deployment of
HR
strategy. After all, the profile and importance of HR professionals in the legal
profession has never been higher; particularly in difficult economic
circumstances. And talent -
finding it, keeping it, managing it – is still critical to
the success of every law firm and
legal department in the country.
The award categories are designed to reflect the full range of HR activity from trainee
recruitment through to building an all-round employer brand. Entries will be
welcome
from
law firms, in-house
legal departments, local government
organisations,
recruitment consultants and advertising
agencies. We do
not charge for entries,
but would ask
you to make a donation to one or
both of our chosen charities:
MND Association and Sense.
The awards will be presented to the winners at a black-tie dinner
that
will
take
place
on the evening of Tuesday 9th February 2010, at the
Grosvenor
House Hotel,
London.
