MOST EFFECTIVE INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

This category will look at effective approaches to internal communication of the firm’s goals and strategy as well as the provision of day to day HR services. All methods of communication including direct mail, videos, presentations, intranet, emails etc will be considered. Strategy will be judged according to innovation and how well it met its stated objectives.

Where appropriate, copies of printed examples and screen grabs should be used to supply supporting evidence. This will only be made available to the judges on the judging day.
