The judges will be looking for schemes which have achieved their objectives in the following areas:

• the number of applicants
• the aptitude of applicants
• the range of educational institutions
• the diversity of applicant backgrounds

Statistical evidence of the number of offers accepted and newly-qualified retention rates for the judging period will be required.

Where appropriate, copies of printed examples and screen grabs should be used to supply supporting evidence. This will only be made available to the judges on the judging day.
